Known for his consistency, Mitchell was the only player to start all 32 games for the Roos, averaging 35.5 minutes per game. His all-around game extends to being among the Summit League's top in three-pointers per game (fourth), minutes (fifth), and shooting percentage (eighth).

High School: A graduate of Clarkson Secondary School in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada (2016), Veron made a mark as a forward for the Northern Kings under Coach Earl Moncriff. His leadership led the Kings to a City Championship during his final season, highlighting his impact on the court.
Personal Life: Born in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, Veron is the son of Samuel Kalonji and Marie-Jeanne Tshifunda. In addition to his basketball pursuits, he is majoring in Health and Sports Science. At the age of 16, Nolan's talent was recognized as he secured the 2nd spot in the class of 2015 rankings by North Pole Hoops and earned a 4-star prospect designation by ESPN. His high school years at Sir Allan MacNab SS in Hamilton and La Lumiere Prep School in Indiana were marked by remarkable success, receiving over 30 Division 1 offers.
In 2015, Nolan committed to San Diego State University, where he competed for four seasons. During his collegiate career, he achieved multiple Mountain West Conference titles and participated in two NCAA tournaments. In his senior campaign, San Diego State, led by Nolan, achieved a remarkable 30-2 record, securing a national ranking as the #1 team in the country—a historic season for the university.
Currently residing in San Diego, California, Nolan has transitioned to a successful career in real estate while continuing to share his wealth of basketball knowledge and experiences as a mentor with HQ. Basketball Accolades: Formerly ranked as the number 1 player by North Pole Hoops, Abu earned a prestigious 4-star recruit designation by ESPN, solidifying his status as a standout talent from an early age. His prowess continued on the international stage, where he earned a U18 silver medal in FIBA Americas.
A defining moment in Canadian basketball history came when Abu played a pivotal role in the U19 national team's triumph, securing the gold medal. Not only did he contribute to the team's success, but he was also recognized individually as a tournament All-Star.
Collegiate Career: Abu committed to the University of Oregon initially, showcasing his skills at the NCAA level.
